Licensed AgentLyndsay Stretch, a Maine native, leads Medvocate with a mission to help seniors navigate Medicare with confidence and ease. She empowers clients with clear, up-to-date guidance, making the process simple and understandable.
Before Medvocate, Lyndsay ran a successful landscape and garden design business and flower farm, reflecting her passion for growth in both her community and her work. She is also a devoted mother of three and a longtime youth field hockey coach.
With dedication, care, and a personal touch, Lyndsay supports both her clients and her local community.
Jac Arbour
Certified Financial Planner Jac is the founder and CEO of J.M. Arbour. He began his financial services career in 2007 after graduating from Bowdoin College and has since developed a passion for providing world-class Multi-Family Office services. He leads a team dedicated to creating financial and life plans that maximize wealth in all its forms.
Jac is the author of four books, including May You Drink from the Saucer and The Ultimate Guide to Retirement Income, and is the founder and CEO of MasterFi, Inc., an AI-powered financial companion for budgeting, saving, and debt management.
He is committed to connecting his clients with trusted professionals, ensuring they have a strong network of expertise to support their financial and life goals.
Tod O’Dowd
President, Avery InsuranceTod O’Dowd, 4th-generation owner of Avery Insurance, joined the firm in 1994. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and High-Net-Worth CAPI designations from Wharton and Chubb. Tod specializes in asset protection for business owners and high-net-worth clients, providing expertise in risk analysis, cost containment, and risk transfer strategies.
A past president of the New Hampshire Professional Insurance Agents Association and NHBR Businessman of the Year (2012), Tod also serves on several insurance and nonprofit boards.
A New Hampshire native and former US Navy helicopter crew chief, Tod enjoys biking, swimming, golf, tennis, and skiing, where he works with the Ski Instructors of America as an examiner.
